なぜWi-Fiに接続できないのでしょうか？
- 公共または商用のWi-Fiには、追加の認証が必要で、パスワードだけでは接続できません。これには対応できません。
- ルーターにホワイトリストアクセス機能が設定されており、ホワイトリストに登録されたデバイスのみが接続できます。ネットワークの管理者に投影機をホワイトリストに追加してもらう必要があります。（背面のカバーを取り外し、ドングルにMACアドレスのラベルを貼り付けました。）
- 大きなネットワークの干渉が存在し、接続できないか頻繁に切断される場合があります。ルーターのワイヤレスネットワークのチャンネルを変更し、干渉の少ないチャンネルに切り替えることをおすすめします。
- ルーターの互換性の問題が考えられますので、ルーターのメーカーにお問い合わせください。
リモコンが機能しないのでしょうか？
- 古い電池を使用している可能性があります。電池の電力が不足している場合は、Bluetooth機能が起動しないことがあります。
- 背面のドングル接続線が緩んでいる可能性があります。ドングルを取り外し、再度取り付けてみてください。
- ご注意ください：初めて使用する場合は、リモコンと機器をBluetoothでペアリングする必要があります。機器はネットワークに接続された後に使用できます。
